West Fargo Baseball Mission: 

The mission of West Fargo Baseball is to organize, structure and maintain the highest quality baseball program possible.  We seek to develop a fun and safe environment that affords each participant the opportunity to learn and play the game of baseball.  In addition, we strive to develop fundamental baseball skills while instilling the core values of teamwork, sportsmanship, competition and citizenship into each of our participants.

Playing baseball the West Fargo Way: 

• Produce great young people, who happen to be great baseball players

• Coaches coaching future coaches

• Focus on Attitude and Effort

• Treat umpires, parents, fans, kids with respect

• When on the field, always running, no walking

• When coach calls meeting on the field, all players on a knee and hats off

• When on the field, hats on forward, jerseys tucked in

• Always touch 1B even when out

• Always end a drill on a good productive rep

• No sitting down on offense

• Focus on the fundamentals, no matter what age group
