2025 WFB Fall Program

West Fargo Baseball is excited to launch our 2025 Fall Development Program. The 6-week program will start on the week of August 18 and end on September 28. The program will be held at Young Field and our Scheels Performance Center. We will have an 18U team and a 16U team for this fall program. Please see below for our coaching staff and additional information.

1.      18U Coach- Jordan Rheault (Patriots Head Coach, WFB Director)
2.      16U Coach- Gene Gunderson (Aces Assistant & Private Instructor)
3.      Player Development Coordinator- Andy Young (WFB Player Development Coordinator, MLB and Indiana State Alum)
4.      Pitching Development Coordinator- Tristen Roehrich (FM Redhawks, NDSU, & Iowa Western Alum)
5.      Practice Coach- Drew Clouse (University of Sioux Falls Alum)
6.      Practice Coach- Alex DuBord (Current RedHawks Player, Part-Time as he finishes his RedHawks season)

Roster & Tryout Information:
We will have approximately 13 players on each roster. (18U & 16U) We will also have 4-5 practice players on each roster. If a rostered player is unable to make a game on weekends, we would ask a practice player to join for that weekend.

There will be tryouts for this program. If you do select a practice spot for registration you will still have to tryout.

Tryouts will be held from 7:00PM-8:30PM at Young Field on May 7th and our roster will be communicated on May 21st. There is potential for a freshman or sophomore to get moved up to our 18U team, with that being said, please register for the correct age division.

Practice Information:
1.     Our 18U team will practice from 4:30PM-6:00PM on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s.
2.     Our 16U team will practice from 6:30PM-8:00PM on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s.
3.     All teams will practice from 6:00AM-7:30AM on Wednesday’s.
All our coaches will be at all the team’s practices on Tuesday & Thursday. Wednesday morning practices will be run by our player development coordinator with other coaches assisting when needed.
Each practice will be tailored for athletes' individual development. We would ask each player to describe to us their positional or pitching goals so we can create the best plan for the athlete. 
Wednesday morning practices will be large group practices geared towards team defense, functional strength for baseball, and quickness/acceleration.

 Game Schedules:
Each team will compete in the Minnesota Mash High School Fall Club Championships on September 12-14.
Each team will wrap up the fall development program by competing in the 2025 PG Midwest Fall World Series in Marion, Iowa on September 26-28.
We will also play up to four inter squad scrimmages or games against other teams in our area for additional live repetitions. 
Playing time will be at minimum 2 out of 3 games per athlete, unless they are a pitcher only.

You can view our game and practice schedule for each team as they are posted in the schedules. You will have to click on the game schedule to view that or the practice schedule. You cannot view the game and practice schedule at the same time.

Recruiting Videos:

Our staff can also assist in developing a recruiting video for your athlete. Please reach out to the staff if this is needed and they will schedule a time to capture metrics, video, and discuss the next phases in recruitment.

Fee Information:
There is no tryout fee involved for our fall development program. The fee for a rostered player is $600. The fee for a practice player is $300. We will not ask for fees to be paid until September 1st.
The fee covers all practices, games, tournaments, and uniform tops. We will not provide transportation or housing for any of our events.
