Legion Winter Workouts
Please see times and position specific information on the dates below. For athletes that need space, the first thirty minutes of each practice session will be for arm care and playing catch/long toss. The most important part of these workouts is to get our arm in shape and stronger for the start of the high school season. After those thirty minutes, we will still have the cages available for athletes that want cage time, but we will then focus on our positional groups as suggested below.
Starting on February 16 and for the last four Sunday Night sessions we will use half of the space for bullpens.

Tuesday’s (3:45-5:00) – Open Gym
Every Tuesday from January 7 to March 11
Wednesday’s (8:00-9:30) – Infield Specific
